By accessing the Website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. During checkout, you are required to review and affirm acceptance of these Terms prior to completing your order.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on this Website are digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Review:
Orders may be manually reviewed prior to delivery for fraud prevention or verification purposes. While most purchases are delivered within minutes, delivery may take up to 24 hours during review periods.

Once digital files are delivered, the transaction is considered complete.

File Storage Responsibility:
You are responsible for downloading, backing up, and safeguarding your purchased files. We strongly recommend saving files to a secure cloud or backup system. The Company is not obligated to replace files lost, deleted, or damaged after delivery, though replacement requests may be submitted to hello@taramapes.com at our discretion.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED.

A purchase made by an employee does not grant a license to any company or organization.

Violation of license terms may result in immediate license revocation, account termination, loss of access to purchased products, and pursuit of all remedies available at law or equity.

5. Educational Content Restrictions

Educational products, tutorials, and masterclasses are licensed solely for personal educational use.

Such products may not be purchased or used for the purpose of creating competing instructional content, whether offered for free or for sale.

By purchasing educational content, you agree not to recreate or publish substantially similar instructional materials for a minimum period of three (3) years.

Tester products may be offered at the Company’s discretion and are subject to availability and approval.

Participation requires:

• Use of one tester coupon per testing period
• Sharing a completed composite image within seven (7) days
• Posting in designated groups and/or public social media
• Proper attribution and tagging as specified

Abuse of tester programs, including failure to share or creation of multiple accounts, may result in permanent disqualification from future testing opportunities, removal from educational groups, or loss of purchasing access.

Tester programs may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
