DIGITAL DELIVERY, PRINTS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
This store offers two types of products:
Delivery, fulfillment, and issue resolution differ depending on the product type purchased. Please review the information below carefully before completing your order.
All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped for digital purchases.
Most digital orders are delivered within minutes of purchase. Some orders may be subject to manual review for fraud prevention or verification purposes and may take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
Delivery is considered complete once files are made available for download or access.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your digital files. We strongly recommend backing up files to a secure cloud or external storage system.
Replacement of files after delivery is not guaranteed. Requests for assistance may be submitted to hello@taramapes.com and should include your order number and order date.
Due to the digital nature of these products:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for any digital products.
Printed products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by a third-party professional print provider. We do not produce or ship printed products directly.
Shipping methods, delivery timelines, and carriers are determined by the print provider. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, destination, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the print provider’s rates.
If a printed product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us at hello@taramapes.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and include:
Confirmed print defects or fulfillment errors may be eligible for replacement only, subject to review and approval by the third-party print provider.
Printed products are custom-produced and made specifically for each order.
NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED FOR PRINTED PRODUCTS.

If a print is not acceptable due to a confirmed production defect, a replacement may be issued, but refunds will not be provided.
We accept payment through trusted third-party payment processors, which may include:
Payment must be completed in full before digital downloads are released or print production begins.
Orders may be subject to verification or fraud review. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments will result in cancellation of access to digital products or print fulfillment.

Applicable taxes for digital or printed products may be calculated at checkout based on your location. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.
