REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this website are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges for any products or services, including but not limited to:

• Digital products
• Printed products
• Educational content
• Services
• Subscriptions
• Payment plans or installments

Please review all product descriptions, policies, and terms carefully before completing your purchase, which is a required read prior to being able to check out.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of these products, all digital sales are final. Once files are delivered or made available for download, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Printed Products

Printed products are custom-produced through a third-party professional print provider.

Printed products are non-refundable.
If a print arrives with a verified production defect or fulfillment error, a replacement may be issued in accordance with the print listing details, but refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Services

We do not offer refunds for any services once purchased.

Session Bookings & Photography Sessions

Photography sessions, including but not limited to portrait sessions, fine art sessions, creative sessions, and commissioned work, are considered services.
All session bookings are non-refundable.
Session fees, retainers, deposits, or booking payments secure time, preparation, and availability and are therefore earned upon booking.
Missed sessions, cancellations, no-shows, dissatisfaction with artistic style, or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds.
Any rescheduling, credits, or accommodations are offered solely at the discretion of the Company and do not create an obligation for future refunds or credits.

Subscriptions, Payment Plans & Installments

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, payment plans, or installment purchases.

What Is a Payment Plan?

A payment plan is a structured agreement that allows you to pay for a product or service over time through fixed, scheduled payments (“installments”). Payment plans are offered on masterclasses and courses only.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree that:

• All installments are non-refundable
• Payments cannot be canceled
• The full balance must be paid, even if you stop using the product or service
• Past payments remain non-refundable

If you wish to pay the remaining balance in a single payment, you may contact hello@taramapes.com to request a payoff option. Once the remaining balance is paid in full, the payment plan will be canceled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-refundable purchase does not negate this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation showing acceptance of our Terms, Refund Policy, and checkout disclosures.
